Credential on File Agreement

1. Introduction

This Credential on File Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User", "Customer") and Boostleveling.com, owned by Restu Ariadi ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs the storage and use of your game account credentials when you purchase services from Boostleveling.com that require access to your game account.

By providing your game account credentials to us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Purpose of Credential Storage

Certain services offered by Boostleveling.com, such as game boosting, leveling, and other in-game achievements, require our boosters to access your game account directly. The purpose of storing your credentials is solely to provide the services you have purchased.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on the service you purchase, we may collect the following credential information:

• Game account username/email
• Game account password
• Two-factor authentication codes (temporary)
• Other authentication information necessary to access your game account

4. Security Measures

We understand the sensitive nature of your game account credentials and implement the following security measures to protect your information:

• Access to credentials is strictly limited to the booster(s) assigned to your order
• Our systems are protected by advanced security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems

• Automatic deletion of credentials upon service completion

6. Credential Retention and Deletion

7. Your Responsibilities

By providing your credentials to us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are the legitimate owner of the game account or have the legal right to provide access to the account
• Providing your credentials to us may violate the terms of service of the game publisher, and you accept all risks associated with such violation
• You will not change your password during the service period without notifying us, as this may disrupt the service
• You will inform us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account
• You are advised to change your password immediately after the service is completed

8. Liability

While we take all reasonable measures to protect your credentials and use them only for authorized purposes, we cannot guarantee absolute security. By providing your credentials, you agree that Boostleveling.com will not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from:

• Actions taken by the game publisher against your account for violations of their terms of service
• Unauthorized access to your account despite our security measures
• Any issues arising from your failure to change your password after service completion

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated Agreement will be posted on our website, and the revised version will be effective immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of our services after any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
